the disaster in that picture was in Kingston at a warm water discharge? not a Nuke but there are nukes downstream browns ferry was the main offender it seems for hot water. They kept getting in trouble for putting out 90+ degree water

Nuke Fish
It was that sludge you’re hauling. Coal fly ash. Apparently there’s a good bit of arsenic in it, killed all manner of fish and turtles and somehow moved houses

Electric Outboard Motors
They already have electric outboards, I just don’t want one haha. My electric trolling motor already crapped the bed and I don’t have the cash to replace it . Probably had a dozen electric trolling motors and they all quit eventually I’ve owned many gas outboards, they never quit working. 1957 Johnson sea horse 7.5 still runs guess what? Water and electricity don’t mix

Nuke Fish
Tva no longer does hot water discharge. They used to, but had a few ecological disasters. They were great fishing from what I was told but one of their disasters ruined a stretch of river for a while so I guess it’s a trade off

How would the pros do?
Lee may be young, but he won a bassmaster classic without an outboard engine on Conroe. Just a jig

Living in Georgia vs Tennessee
I think it got a little better in 2022 , a couple bags hit 20 lbs I think. But it was April. A decade ago you would see several bags over 30 in April and maybe a few over 40

Living in Georgia vs Tennessee
Lee livesay won on chick in 2021 I think with bout 14-15 lbs a day? Something like that . It’s my least favorite place to fish by a landslide. Heavily pressured is quite the understatement

Living in Georgia vs Tennessee
You could just live there on the border and kill two birds with one stone! I would imagine the fishing is better in GA but maybe not the north part of GA. Chattanooga is a pretty cool town, lot of good concerts. Whitewater paddling seems quite popular in N GA, there must be a good many spots to do it. I don’t know a whole lot about the hunting, definitely not a waterfowl paradise but people shoot some. The serious duck hunters head west to the Mississippi
