  1. Here’s my system. I’ve got a series of knots so I just lift it up a notch at a time. 90 lb boat goes up with ease. The hard part is when you let it down and have to carry it to the truck
  2. Eh, I know of some nasty urban water in a tourist town that is slap loaded with them @bulldog1935, I have seen my buddy take them with a white zonker, the opposite of matching the hatch haha. He set up on a group of 12-15 and just let the fly drift thru them. They all moved and let the fly go by and repositioned. So then he does it again, same thing. All the fish were pretty scared of the fly, but my buddy was persistent. After a dozen or so drifts with all the fish dodging the fly, all of a sudden one of them just attacked it and the battle was on. For a 2-3 lb fish, these things were fighting like crazy.

  5. @N Florida Mike, I don’t think you’ll be doing much fishing! Haha. Then again maybe for trout/salmon up a river could be an option. Or track some critters thru the snow, that’s my favorite cabin fever remedy when I’m in the north country. I also go into cabelas and feed the bait monkey

Don’t underestimate mister bass, he can still hide they said the same thing about 2D sonar, 3D imaging, side imaging, Alabama rig, etc there have been studies conducted on the subject, seems like they always conclude some bass get caught over and over and over and some bass never strike a lure
