  1. I think I got a new “pb “ as the kids say . 23”
  2. Hahahah. I’ll take any wins I can get at this point.
  3. Kc Defense looked better in the first half than the second. As a TN alum, I should point out that Eric berry played the first half and sat the second. Coincidence?I don't know but That guy has been through a lot, good to see him lead the team in tackles for the first half.
  4. That’s cool! Lakefront property owners pay to get rid of slop around here
  5. Whaaaaaaa????? Finesse worm is the best If only they didn’t kill all the slop every year ......
  6. I don't buy much tackle..... mainly because I don't have much money.......
  7. If the conditions stay consistent, there will be a lot of current! The water is surprisingly clear at the moment
  8. You can fish year round in Tennessee. Or at least I have ever since I got a driver's license. I catch way more and bigger bass in winter than I do any summer. Spring and Summer fishing is amatuer hour around here, most can't figure out how to launch the boat
  9. My buddy has been catching the crappie on your lake
  10. I actually typed no hills initially but I remembered my buddies just went hunting out there and I saw some rolling hills in the pics so I amended my statement to "no steep hills" haha. I also had a professor in college that always hunted the sand hills
  11. Bite was slow?????!!!!!! You rascal. Nice fish!
  12. Best time of year I thought the mosquito was the official mayor of north country
  13. There also aren't steep hills or curves in Nebraska. My buddy from Michigan won't drive in snow down here, he said a road with several switch backs coming down a mountain in the ice is bad no matter where you are from. Unfortunately that describes every road around here, even interstate 40 and 75
  14. I have never fished there but they had the bass master classic there in February or March a few years ago. I would watch some footage from that just for a starter. It’s a blueback herring lake, spotted bass will roam deep clear water out in the open following these herring schools. You wouldn’t believe how fat a spotted bass can get. Lots of docks to fish too
  15. Are there any of those ice fishing restaurant / bars with sports on tv in your area? Looks like the hoards of winter schools have arrived early in my area this year. I won’t starve this winter! Hopefully all your Michigan bass are getting super fat on gobies under the ice
  16. Knocked off #1 Gonzaga!!!!
  17. Water 47 degrees and they were hitting spooks and flukes on top! Wild
  18. Melting like craZy now...... I’m gone!
  19. I’m going fishing today, it just may have to be from the bank.
  20. I gotta get the boat through that intersection ........
  21. No bowfin here and the water is typically gin clear so finesse is must, especially in winter
  22. Good deal. I haven’t got on a big school of whites in a while, freezer is getting lean. Might have to leave the main river and come your way soon
  23. I just use the small hooks because I have tons of the 1/8 oz round ball jig heads for grubs and tubes that I use all summer for smallies. Since they are cheap And I already had them tied on most of the time, I just started slapping a worm on their weightless. I have football shakey heads with 3/0 hooks as well but if I used those every time I fished I would be in the poor house! You would be surprised how well that little hook will stick and hold a big angry smallmouth
  24. I also forgot to mention that catching live bait can be fun and challenging
