  1. The Blackstone that is. I haven’t had it long but it started to develop a bad taste and after a little research I realized I’ve been seasoning it wrong, so I’m starting with a clean slate. It’s going to be a long process but worth it. Anybody else strip theirs and start over?
  2. I’ll continue the tradition by offering up safe harbor for the Pro-V bass while you are gone. ?
  3. I prefer using cash for some reason I guess. My wife always uses plastic.
  4. That was this morning when they were doing the work.
  5. Car versus pole. This is along railroad tracks and railroad companies are understandably very particular about the work being done along their tracks so engineering had to get involved in order to replace this broken pole, so this truck has been holding the pole up since last week. Now they’re going to hydro excavate the hole for the new pole first thing tomorrow morning, I had to come out and make sure my gas was clear of their work area.
  6. Budget cuts, can only afford half poles now! ?
  7. Prater a former Lion, and today’s record was against the Lions. Absolute great day for our Detroit Lions! ????
  8. Perfect morning for some football. They beat up on the big city Catholic school boys pretty good. 2-1 on the season so far. “The boys of fall”
  9. Nice write up sir. The few times we made it out this year this presentation produced for both 6poundbass and myself and we’ve both taking a liking to it.

  13. After a quick Google search I see what you did there! Pretty creative. He’s preparing himself for his trip down south since the water down there is no bueno.
  14. Here’s the true definition of a helicopter parent. We’re at football practice and one of our friends is getting his weekly night flight training in and decided to check in on his son.
  15. Is it possible he’s jerking your chain and sent you a photoshopped bass?
  16. A real committed Bassresource member would’ve live streamed the ceremony on here. ?
  17. A good friend would’ve gotten you a Garmin. ?
  18. Senior year of high school. Around second period we saw teachers looking at the TV’s and we all began to watch. Then we were evacuated to school buses, then those of us that could drive were released to go home. I remember driving through town that evening and seeing lines upon lines of cars waiting for gas. We sat and watched the TV the entire night as a family. I remember that day like it was yesterday! Trying to explain the significance to this traumatic even to our 11 year old son is interesting that’s for sure. It’s like Pearl Harbor, if you didn’t experience it you won’t fully understand the impact that certain day had. Interesting story, one of our family friends is a medivac pilot for the Army National Guard, and has done a few tours. He said most of the guys under him weren’t even born when 9/11 took place. Crazy to think up until recently these guys could be called into action over there and most weren’t alive for the reason they’re being called to duty.
  19. Now just pay the African prince $25mil to release them and you’ll get your 110’s and your $25 mil back.
  20. The fish of 10,000 casts..... just go swimming.
