Fish just like any other rig. Cast, let it sink and twitch. In deep water i use gamakatsu wacky head 212 hooks. In cold water you can dead stick it and twitch real slow.

Use some kind of good braid and your hooking ratio will increase for sure. I find mono has way to much stretch, especially on long cast! I use power pro and tuff line. You can also rig the ika the other way around.

I also use power pro and it never failed me. I'm running out power pro so i startet using tuff line (this is what i have available where i live) and seems almost identical!

Bass sometimes attack the claws to try to rip them off but they allways swallow the craws tail first so they wont injure themself.

You are probably not tying you knot properly. Lubricate it before tightening.

Number one is correct position to tie your line.

Do you guys have a lucky charm when fishing? Well, i do! I have a pair of lucky underwear, no kidding! The only problem is they are like five years old and full of holes. My wife said she wont wash them anymore and is going to throw them away. She better not do that! I know it's pretty stupid but i seem to (almost) allways catch more fish when i have them on. it's just a confidence thing. I hope you guys don't think i'm nuts for admitting this because it's true. LOL

I find that spro lures are better quality as rapala! I definately would buy them for that price! I wish i could get those for that price. Here in europe those things cost over ten bucks!!
