  2. He must of been starving to death! ;D ;D
  3. What did you catch that Koi with? I hope you didn't eat it! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I bet you could of sold that fish to a pet shop and made some money!
  4. Sorry I didnt know there was already a thread like this...Im new to the forums No need to be sorry!
  5. Great trip! Congrats!
  6. I dont think they would be good. I think i just got lucky with a small aggressive bass that wasnt thinking. Bass don't think, they react!
  7. You can still fish with a trout swimbait even tough there are no trout present in the waters you fish. I fish with a peacock bass colored bait at times and I catch fish with it. No peacock bass here! If a bass is hungry he will take your bait no matter what type of fish it resembles! Catching 10lbs. bass is not impossible! If they are there, sooner or later you will catch one with the right size bait! I wish we had 10lbs. bass here!
  8. Well done! Keep up the good work!
  9. You should of used some kind of topwater bait! Congrats anyway!
  10. As kid I would catch frogs with my fly rod on purpose but only if the fish wouldn't bite. At least that way I got my entertainment. Guitarist86, what did you do to your cat? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
  11. For those of you that like Yamamoto products you should try some of these Megabass Vios Project softbaits which come in different shapes and sizes. These things are as soft if not softer then Yamamoto products and last forever (almost ). They also have scent added to them.
  12. I dont think that people can't afford Yamamoto products but it's a pain to constantly change bait after catching 1-3 fish max.! When I fish I want to fish and not spend time putting baits on my hook! Yamamoto products fall off the hook even without catching a single fish after so many casts. Don't get me wrong, these products work very well and I use them but in certain situations. I use the fat ika and they last longer then other Yamamoto products due to the wide body.

    It's 2.75" long.
  15. I have not used the lap stick but it has exact same body as the prop darter 110 and the vision 110. It's just like the prop darter 110 but without the lip. The prop darter is a great topwater bait! The scream x is a awesome prop bait! I have the scream x junior. The vision 110 is one of the best jerkbaits I have ever used and you will love it and probably end up buying more of them! Prop darter 110 Scream x junior Vision 110
  16. Good loking fish! Congrats!
  17. Well done! Congrats on the new PB!

I got this crazy looking lure from a friend of mine. Daiwa Live'N Cicada. What do you guys think?
  22. The color mostly only matters to us! Dark allways works for me but then I use them 99% of the time. If I had confidence in light colors I probably would catch the same amount of fish.
  23. I love and also hate Yamamoto products! They have the best feel, are ultra soft, salt impregnated and they definately work. What I hate about them is that they dont last. If bass is going to take your bait he will no matter if it is Yamamoto or not. I do use Yamamoto products but if the bite is on I'll use other soft plastics that work just as well and last ten times longer. It's just another brand, nothing more and are way overrated and overpriced because some people swear by them and won't use anything else. I think they are made that way on purpose so you have to keep buying bag after bag.
  24. What a hog! You guys agree that fish must weigh at least 9lbs.?
