I wish I could say this was true for me, too.

Set it and forget it. I NEVER make adjustments when fighting a bass.

October 15. The best part of the smallmouth "season" is 10/15 - 3/15. My biggest have been caught in January.

Fall is the best season for The Rig.

Small bass are "a little shy of 5 lbs".
