New At Baitcasting
Why not just learn how to cast properly instead of looking like a fool? It's not magic, casting a baitcaster just takes a little practice. Start with the proper settings: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/92295-how-to-set-up-a-baitcaster/

Does Everyone Think They Are Left-Handed
Let's get technical, as there are in fact reasons, not just some lame holdover from days past that put the handles where they are. What will move the fish during retrieval is placed to the strong hand! A baitcast is designed to be used as a winch, so it is the reel that retrieves the fish. Hence if you are right handed the handle is in your right hand. A spinning reel is designed to pick up unloaded or loose line, not retrieve the fish. Hence it is the rod that does the retrieval, so it is the rod that is in your strong hand. If you are right handed then the pole goes to the right hand. Like This George Welcome Sebastian Florida

Best Bank Fishing In The Memphis/ Cordova/shelby County Area
Next time you see a guy in a straw hat and/or gloves, introduce yourself. His name is Mike and he almost always fishes a T-rigged purple worm! I saw him land a 6.5. He weighs and pictures all of his bigger fish. Last summer he caught a 8.5. His best bass from the pond was 9.98. Mike also caught a 12.5 catfish last summer. -Kent

Alabama Rig
I fished the Make-A-Wish tournament last October. The winner was the inventor of the Alabama Rig, Andy Poss. I was told he won every tournament he entered last year. The big boys clobbered them with the rig at Guntersville. I'm excited to give it a try!

As a long time Chiefs fan (pre-NFL), it has always been a great rivalry. After moving to Denver in 1980, my primary allegiance changed, but I still like the Chiefs, Packers and Cowboys. The one constant has always been rooting for ANY TEAM facing the Raiders! Still, I can appreciate your passion for the Black & Silver. Go Broncos!

Alabama Rig
Too funny...I've read so many posts over the years from tournament fishermen complaining about guys fishing a Senko. I guess the Alabama Rig is now in that same category. However, I think multiple hooks really is an issue. I expect the major trails will ban their use.
