I really like St. Croix. I find it VERY disappointing that they allow their reputation to be tainted by these inferior products. Misaligned guides have been reported too many times...Inexcusable!

The fish are either interested in moving lures or sitting baits. Right now, for me, it's Shadalicious or GMAN jig/ Rage Tail Craw. This weekend I plan to add Bandit 100s, Wiggle Warts and DD22 to the mix. I suspect the "answer" will be live bait!

You can reasonably expect 20-30 fish per man/ per day in the 3-5 lb range. With some luck, the numbers might double or even triple and you might catch a 6 or 7 lb smallie.
