Okay...New Orleans was built by the French below sea level. The "best" solution is to reopen the Mississippi River delta drainage system, relocate the population in and around New Orleans and destroy the city. We might still maintain an industrial presence for off-loading freight and oil, but no one lives there. Makes sense to me, but it's politically unfathomable. :

Different strokes for different folks... Most of my rig's costs are split 60% reel, 40% rod on average. Reels may be more important for "catching", but the reel is what makes "fishing" fun! 8-)
