Sounds like it will max out in a few yrs with a alpha predator. How old is this pond ? Farm ponds around here max out about 40 yrs then become bluegill infested. Then again most of my ponds are less then 2 acres and have 3 big females that sustain it for decades and lots of males 2 to 3 lbs.reason i ask is in 1985 i caught a 10.4 oz bass at that time the pond was 40 yrs old the yr after that i caught a 9.since that time no bass over 7 have been caught.

Just buy a round abu made sweden no guessing i have about 70 and all i like to know is what centuary or decade they were made lol .And whats even neater is i can take parts from a reel made in 1960 and put them a reel made in 2010. Fun fun

Its about being versatile with lures my superflukes can be used in shallow water as a jerkbait or deep water with a pegged weight same as my manns minus 1 its made for shallow water but i can add a 1 oz parimid sinker and go as far as i have too no need for a deep cranking rod.i aint saying i know it all but fishing for 35 yrs i have learned a lot with what i have at hand.Like i have said many times before less is more less does not mean im handicapped with what i have at hand.i just learn to capitalize with what i know and the many ways to throw a nickle on the floor and bounce 4 quarters out of it.i have the resources to have 75 combos on hand or 5 but in reality 2 is good.its all between the ears not the fingers and thumb.

2 rods 5 extra spools 3 lures t rigged worm ,manns minus 1 and a superfluke.al i need also maybe ad a 2 inch mister twister grub.i can pretty much cover 98% of water i fish.5 rods id be switchin more then fishing.this is what works for me anyhow if i need 8 combos that means 8 diff lures .one casting and one spinning all i need for the lures im productive with

Salt i live by point lookout maryland lots of spanish ships wrecked here most had gold and silver coins amoung a lot of civil war pieces around same area

I have it on 6 combos 4lb to 15lb saltwater and fresh never had a problem in 5 yrs.i also use big game with never a problem

I will be mostly shooting through sand and maybe loomy soil nothing like clay or rock.95% beaches and the other will be ball feilds,old house foundations ,around barns

From what i understand the first generation where ok reels but for 20$ i myself would do it just for the handle unless it is a good reel !!!

Aj hit the nail on the head.we all as individuals know what works and dont.Just like boats whats the differance in a 2015 ranger and a 2016 ranger of the same model? nothing but a number.i can catch bass with 40 year old reels and rods and lures.the only real thing that changes the whole fishing scene.is fishing line.fishing line has made fisherman better not new lures or new reels boats and rods.

2 lb braid to me = a light action rod and that knot better be perfect now im thinkin 2 on my abu 1600 with a whippy light 5 foot pistol grip .know if i can just get that knot to perfection

Im thinkin he means to fit 22" inch pythons and a 60" chest.just get a big backpack and fill it.still no matter how big ya are carrying lots of weight along with muscle mass you use a lot more oxygen to keep them muscles workin.good luck

They do work but im not a senko guru,i will buy them half price or lower but not 7$ a bag.i find them at yard sales often for 25 cents to 2$ a bag off course i grab them up.Matter of fact i found a shoe box full of the 3 inch ones i think it had 18 full bags for 5$

Manns dragin kits i loved them bought al i could find at every walmat within 100 miles.10$ a kit 177 peices all with fs454 id pay 20$ for them now if i could find them

i have 3 abu pro max 1600s that weigh 7.6 and fit my hand better then a low pro the whole left side is only 1 1/2" around and it has a recessed reel foot so all in all its actually smaller then a low pro as it has no teardrop shape.

A trion would do ya good and u can snag 3 for about 110$ for all
