Well, I've got it mainly for the YZH I have on the crankbait rig...use it on my mono just because. I'm just wondering what lines I can skip using it on.

Seems to be the consensus for Tatsu. So I'll probably skip the KVD on that rig. What about InvizX?

They're still reporting up to 18" of ice on Minnetonka - even with the 40s we've been seeing. It's just creating slush on the surface. It's gonna be a bit for us.

I don't get further than 'Tonka and a couple other lakes close by....

Well, I'm also hoping for open water in April to test this years mods to the canoe...but it IS 10 weeks to Bass opener...

For me - all my weightless plastic tossing is done on spinning gear.

Heck, I made my choices for this one only a couple hours after St. John's finished...I still stand by my selection.

There's a few of us here. FryDog62 is in Plymouth from what I remember Deephaven is...well, in Deephaven (SE shore of Lake Minnetonka) And I'm on Phelps Island, surrounded by Minnetonka.

That I find hard to believe.

I'm putting 15# Tatsu on my MH jigging/moving bait rod - if that helps Yes - KVD has worked great for all my line, YZH especially - so it's all I recommend as a line conditioner.

I picked up some 10# that I'll be trying on a couple of reels. Since I use KVD on any non-braid line, we'll see how it goes.

I wouldn't care about a beer, shot of whiskey or even a smoke - threatening violence, even if joking, is not something I care to hear/see.

I MUCH prefer KVD's ending to Dudley's 'break my rod over his head' comment. Even if he was joking, still not something I like hearing.

Poor slob. I was excited when KVD pulled that early 5#er...but since then he's gotten nothing score-able. Kind of a bummer.
