  1. I heard we're getting a new steez, has anybody else heard this?
  2. Thank you, looking for six inch
  3. They don't make bulk packs of senkos anymore right?
  4. Tom, I have a full new $40 spool of 18lb shooter sitting around that I don't want to use straight. Is the shooter going to act any different than say Tatsu or sniper in 8ft increments when tied to braid? Think flipping grass.
  5. What do you mean you're not sure the leader will be long enough to be felt? I always use about 8ft worth of leader. The main question is, is the leader more likely to break or are fish more likely to get free with the low stretch of shooter. In reality, I'm not really sure and of the floro really stretches much in that small 8 ft section
  6. I recently tried again to try flouro instead of braid to leader but still am not feeling it. For the last two years I've been pretty consistent with 16 & 20 lb sunline fc100 as my leader on my braid. The supposed stretch of the line has been great for me. I have a new spool of sunline shooter 18lb sitting around and am wondering if it's a bad idea to use it as a leader due to its lack of stretch. I'm only considering as it will probably save me from buying two big spools of fc100. Thoughts?
  7. 30/40 braid to 16-20lb fc100 leader. You can winch a truck out and boat flip just about anything on that 20lb fc100 leader tied with an Alberto knot.
  8. What exposed hook are you guys using for a 6 inch mag draft freestyle?
  9. One of the best reels made. I love mine!
  10. Are the ags guides micro? I'm wondering if I could use this stick with 12/15lb braid to 6/8ob leader with a fairly tight Albert knot. I won't be adding an fg to my arsenal soon
  11. As long as possible, 1/8 & 3/16 okashira or ball heads with a 3 inch spark shad. If you're only gaining a few feet on rods 7'6 and up then it may not be worth the extra length. When I say whippy I'm only saying the rods should be capable of loading and launching the bait far. I don't like whippy rods
  12. I'm looking for a whippy rod that can make extremely long casts for smallmouth in clear water. Price range $150$350
  13. Would this be good for bomb casting a 3/16 3 inch swimbait?
  14. Do you have the new alpha sv? Is the frame as small as the Steez ct Sv?
  15. It's super fun and super compact. My favorite reel of all!
  16. It's interesting that you said it balances well with an Antares of met b. The difference in weight between the two is almost two ounces.
  17. I agree. The sd feels like a medium heavy and casts light baits well. When you want to put the juice to them the super destroyer has got the power.
  18. The super destroyer is amazing but I'd guess it has much more power than the 873
  19. So what's the difference between the nrx mbr and the conquest? The nrx has a few recoils? I wonder which is lighter
  20. Conquest grips, torzite bottom guides and recoils are back. I heard something about the blank having a wrap similar to the adrena.
