My main hook unless I fish cover is #2 VMC neko hook. I love that hook, wacky rig, nose hook, even rig it weedless sometimes. Hookup is great! If I'm fishing lots of cover or grass, I'll use a ewg thinwire hook 3/0

Crappie and bass for sure. Bass po' boy is bomb Crappie will ruin a good bass pond so they always end up in the fryer. Usually 1lb to 2lb bass get the fryer as well, good management is key to great fisheries and selected harvest is preferred way. Select harvest straight to the fryer

I've been using red simply because that's what Academy had in stock. Not bad Just ordered neon green. Brighter the better, helps tremendously with bite detection.
