Okay to wire batteries in Parallel?
If you connect rechargeable batteries in parallel and one is discharged while the others are charged – the charged batteries will attempt to charge the discharged battery. With no resistance to slow this charging process, the charged units can overheat as they rapidly drain and the discharged battery can overheat as it attempts to charge at well above its design capabilities. Use more breaks or rely solely on my thumb?
Why would you buy a reel with an advanced braking system and just turn it off. The brakes are there to ensure you can get smooth repeatable casts in a variety of conditions and casting methods. Learn to use the features of your reel, to ensure repeatable results. Your thumb will still be needed when a reel is properly adjusted, it just wont be the primary.

Chartruese belly frog?
Check out the Jackal Iobee frog, the brown, chartreuse and green all have chartreuse bellies.

My hook up ratio sucks
Tell us about your setup, rod power, action and length. What line are you using type and test. It is possible that you are just not getting a good hookset.

Best hollow frog
Jackal Iobee, no need to cut or bend anything, take it out of the pack, tie it on and fish.

One fishing line... FOREVER
The main reason I quit using it was that I had a few break offs in the spool during the cast.

One fishing line... FOREVER
Formerly it would have been 12lb Tatsu probably as good a FC line as you are going to find. I have switched my thinking the last couple of years and have been using Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo so if I can only pick one then this is my choice.

Who still uses nothing but mono?
I used to be all over the place with line, braid, FC, Co-poly and Mono. I kept trying to find a line that had all the characteristics that I liked. Some of the things I wanted was knot strength, controlled stretch, great line manageability, and good abrasion/fraying resistance. I soon learned that finding that magic line was not going to be an easy quick one. Many lines had most of the characteristics that I wanted but typically you had to give up one or two characteristics for something else. I finally found my way to a really great mono line Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo, it has a great mix of the things I find important in a line. This line is not inexpensive to use but so far I have really enjoyed it.

$64,000 Question ~
I often use a senko as a last resort, I figure if I can't catch a fish on a senko I am packing up and trying it again another day.

$64,000 Question ~
What color senko is the best....?

MH rods that were actually more on the H side
Since there is no industry standard, you have to ask yourself what is it we are really talking about. It kind of boils down to individual preference. A Falcon heavy powered rod and a St. Croix heavy powered rod are very different beasts, not to mention the action on top of that. So who or what is the standard?

Why are you not using a digital reel?
This I can agree with, but I don't think that it always equates to better casting distance..... They have always been sort of a niche market in my opinion(DC reels). I don't care for Shimano reels and don't own any, -1 Stradic spinning reel that is not used. I feel like I can get more out of my reels adjusting them on my own rather than relying on some programmed braking routine. In short they just don't interest me. I find Mag 3D a much more interesting braking system.

Why are you not using a digital reel?
When did how far a reel will cast become the measure of it's quality?

How many “main” setups do you have?
Not a perfect solution but try a snap swivel
