How to kill yourself while wading alone. FACT !!
Glad you are still with us. I had two friends that were good swimmers attempt to drown on me in slow moving rivers. If they'd been soloing it they'd be gone.

I'm proud of these two bass from yesterday. The lake went from 56 degrees Wednesday with 7' visibility to 63 degrees and 2' visibility. I normally zero on the bass during the turnover. I did catch some Hybrids(spoons) and Crappie(jerkbaits).

Line for Jigs
Around any rock I'd go with 15 - 17 Red Label. I have 2 of those exact combos except the hand is correct. ? They fish above their cost. You'll enjoy it.

- Hand warmers
I'm not sure on the factory burner life as I upgraded the burner shortly after getting it.- Hand warmers
During the winter I'll use a Zippo handwarmer in each pocket of my coveralls. It has a very very faint smell of burning fuel. Downside is you can suffocate it if your pockets are too tight and it's not instantly hot. I actually light mine before leaving the house. You can indeed figure out just how much fuel you need for a specific timed burn but I always fill mine. You should never need to replace the wick just the burner. You can find replacement burners online that burn hotter and last longer than the factory burners.- If you were the expert...what topic?
Hello. Today I'm going to expound on "HOW NOT TO CATCH FISH ON GLIDEBAITS".- Super cold water - struggling for bites
Well! The box I take to the lake.? When I started vertical fishing spoons I lost 3 or 4 a trip but I caught alot of fish. So I went on a spoon buying frenzy so I wouldn't run out. Now with a bit of experience, I rarely lose a spoon.- Super cold water - struggling for bites
Cotton Cordell jigging spoon in Silver & Gold. I fish the 3/8, 1/2, & 3/4 oz after I upgrade the hooks. I use a tiny Spro Power swivel connected to a tiny VMC snap and never have a problem with line twist. My spoon box weighs 20+ lbs and has spoons from micro to 9"ers but the CC consistently out fishes them all.- Super cold water - struggling for bites
My wintertime bass numbers typically increase while the size per bass tends to decrease. Here in Central Ga. our water temps usually gets down to 45 - 47. We've just dipped below 60 and the LM are still actively feeding shallow, but the Spots have been alluding me. I fish a spoon year round but as the water temp drops below 55 degrees I really lean on it and at 48 degrees it's really all I need to put in the boat. But right now I'm still catching them on Super Flukes, Spinnerbaits, Walking baits, and Buzzbaits.- Post a photo a day!

- Shaky Head : Main Line Size ?
I haven't fished the Sufix 131. I've been fishing the KK 13X for 10 - 11 months and have no complaints.- Shaky Head : Main Line Size ?
My Shakey Head rod has KastKing KastPro 13X Finesse 10 lb in chartreuse braid to 8 or 10 lb FC.- Show off your Stuff
According to my Monkey only buying or receiving nice things on birthdays and holidays is discriminating against all the other days. There will be no discrimination in this house. Happy Late Birthday.- 60 Degree Switch
Caught 8 nice LM's on Super Flukes aggressively feeding over Eel Grass Friday. It was a major change from the last 5 trips which was pure junk fishing. Also caught a few Hybrids and baby Stripers on the bottom in 57 FOW on a spoon.- Winter is coming
I'm a year round fisherman so no advice on the off season activities. But I've got to know does the tickling of your tackle improve performance in anyway? Or is it just for your enjoyment??- My wife's latest creation
Impressive- Fishermen's logic
I gave up on logic. It had me fishing the same baits everybody else was throwing.- Lews super duty 300 or tranx 300?
TranX. It will handle bigger baits longer and most go there in time. IMHO.- Late Fall Bass Lures ?
I won a tournament some years back here in Ga throwing buzzbaits in late Fall 50 degree water. 2nd place was over 10lbs behind me as everybody water fishing JB's, jigs, etc. But late Fall is normally a jigging spoon, blade bait, jerkbait, jig, and deep crankbait. - Latest Catch Pics Thread
