The fish will always let you know where your weak link is. Depending on my line, I've been known to retie after every fish, especially if our Spotted Bass was rubbing it's sharp teef on my 6lb FC. I figure 5 inches of line and 30 seconds saves me some heartache. Three days?! That's kinda asking for it.?

Have you tried the left hand spinning blades?? Spinnerbaits work great on some bodies of water and no so much on others for me.

My tackle spending comes in waves, sometimes a Tsunami. Usually between $1 and $7K, but I block that kinda stuff out of my memory cause it's not really beneficial.

I always fish first light whether I'm fishing day or night. The value of a sunrise changed after I spent a year being homebound.
