Smaller hardbody swimbaits
S-waver 120, although, the action isn't great and you have to be careful or else it will roll. Sebile magic swimmer - nice bait that comes in a few sizes that either sink or float. Jackall Mikey Jr. - little wake bait. Black Dog G2 Shellcracker - a little towards the bigger side (1.5 oz) but can be cast with conventional gear if you are careful. Spro BBZ-1 Baby Shad - similar to the baby bull shad. Megabass I slide 135 - I like this one but it is 1 oz. Swims pretty nice for a small glide.

“Highly pressured”
I do enjoy getting out, my problem with most unskilled anglers is they all mostly use live bait and don't pay attention which results in a lot of dead fish. Also, live bait catches no matter the skill level...

Hula popper
You had better be trolling me because I have never caught a bass over 4 lbs on a topwater.

Night time jitterbug Queston
Did you buy them all? I cant find it!

Tackle warehouse
And the inevitable return call from them to tell you one(or more) of your items are out of stock which delayed shipping even further so they could see if you wanted something else...

Tackle warehouse
I have ordered tackle from a lot of places in the last 3 months...I haven't had ANY trouble getting it. It maybe took a day longer but it came quickly and without problem. Every place I have ordered from has had better in stocks or better prices than tacklewarehouse. Off the top of my head... Jan's Nettcraft Tackle Direct Fish USA Tackle Supply Depot Swimbait City Many Ebay sellers. I think Tacklewarehouse is shooting themselves in the foot.

Eastern PA Fishing Reports
It's on my bucket list - I used to catch a lot of Bowfin and they are great sport. I don't want to drive 2 hours though without a clue for a snakehead.

Luck E Strike RC Jerkbait vs Megabass Vision 110
So I got a new scale that is accurate to the thousandth of an ounce along with some weights to calibrate it. Thought I would play around weighing some baits and hooks. All baits weighed with no hardware attached 2 Megabass Vision 110 Silent - Both weighed .430 oz. 2 Megabass Vision 110 FX Tour - .423 oz and .421 oz Megabass Vision 110 - .440 oz and .423 oz Cheap Knock-off - .450 oz 2 RC STX - .452 oz and .418 oz 3 sets of 3 Megabass katsuage hooks - all 3 weighed .038 oz 3 Sets of 3 Daiichi Deathtrap Trebles - all 3 weighed .038 oz 3 sets of Eagle Claw Lazer Sharp Red Trebles - 2 sets weighed .040 oz and 1 set weighed .039 oz As you can see the Daiichi hooks are an easy swap for the katsuage hooks that will keep the bait acting as it normally does.

@Saavedra9 this is the place where we share our problem...I mean obsession...or maybe habit? of buying tackle. Apparently there are a lot of monkeys on the loose...

I need one of these. Looks awesome!

Zoom quality control
I don't see a need for it - it's a waste. These are soft plastics and I feel the blister was used mostly for presentation on the sales floor so they can put less in a package and make it.look full. They have marketed it to fisherman as a way to prevent bending but that wasnt the original intent IMO.

Joe Bucher Top Raider
It's my primary whopper because I have had it for more than 20 years. It can be a good alternative because the tail is metal instead of plastic.

Zoom quality control
To each their own... I hate the clamshell packaging and throw it away when I get it.

Buzzbait ID please?
Looks like they made a buzz out of a spinnerbait frame.

and just like that, the jig light.....
I just spent 3 hours throwing jigs. Lost 2 jigs to snags and caught 1 small bass. As expected.

and just like that, the jig light.....
Jigs just do not click for me. I tie one on all the time - bottom jigs, swim jigs. I get fish occasionally but more often than not I catch a lot more every other way.

Bass fishing etiquette??
Just witnessed a dude this morning - he was using 8 rods(In Pa you are allowed 3), each with a high-low rig and minnows or worms on them. I tried talking to him and he didn't speak English so it didn't get far. He wasn't showing a license. I looked in his bucket and he had 4 bass(bass are not in season and can't be kept), 2 perch, 7 trout (5 daily limit), 7 pickerel (all under 18 inches so all illegal besides the daily limit is 4) some bluegill and a bullhead. These are the people that upset me. I took pictures of him, the Bucket that I kicked over and his license plate and sent it to the fish commission. What else can you do?

Rod and Reel for me based on the below
Daiwa Tatula Elite ML Rod. Daiwa Tatula LT 3000 CXH Reel. This is the combo I have for finesse stuff and it's the first spinning setup I have ever liked. Falls well within your budget.

Megabass Vision Oneten Favorite Color
Close to it. But I didn't pay full retail for most of these. Almost all the megabass were bought at 30% off.

What rod to pair with Steez A?
If you got a steez...I would try and pair it with a steez, nrx or similar. Don't put discount tires on a Ferrari.

“Highly pressured”
I will admit, I have become more and more salty just because 99% of the fishermen are what I call bucket and bobber fishermen. Their most essential piece of equipment is their bucket to keep everything they catch without regard to season and creel limits. I would just be happy if most of them had licenses and didnt kill everything they catch.
