Free Swing Football Head Swim Head Questions
Hello, Was picking up some Tungsten on omfishingsinkers and saw these free swinging heads. Picked them up to hit the free shipping but unsure on where and how to use them. For the football head, guessing using this with some basic creatures and dragging will work well but have no idea on the free swinging swimbait. Anyone have any tips on where to use these? Thanks!

Fishing tackle backpack
I have and love the TW bag. Holds a ton of plastics in the front zip (I took out the plastic folder inserts) and it easily holds 2 3700 boxes in the big compartment. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/catpage-RRCYAMA.html?from=basres

Very cool, I've never seen the Rage Toad or Rage Shad. That RI Smallie Beaver bag looks super old school haha, order online or pick up in a store?

Can you disassemble a custom rod and use the blank again?
My buddy has a few older beat up custom rods built with Loomis Blanks. We were wondering if you can melt the epoxy down to remove the guides, seat, and handle so you can use the blank again? Nothing wrong with the blank itself, but the rod handle is beat up, a little heavy, and a few other things from being older. Is this possible with the right equipment like heat gun or will the blank be ruined?

Drop Shot Hooks and Weights Choices
First off thank you to everyone was a fun and successful trip got my PB Smallie at 2.8lb and a bunch over 2lb. Biggest before was a little over 1lb from up there. Got all but 1 of them on 3/8oz drop shot with 4.5 - 6in roboworm around 20-30ft deep on the rocky ledges. The other was shallow (around 10ft) and got her with a 3/8oz brown jig. I know the Lake has much bigger Smallies in there but was only really able to get out 2 days for long stretches in tiny boat myself. Little struggle with small boat and motor, could only go so far. Forgot how awesome it is to catch Smallies, the fight is really fun, and they like to torpedo up and out of the water from deep. Wanted to update and thank you all again. @A-Jay that write up is unreal, incredible info that really help, thanks again for that.

I ordered from them for the first time before a trip where I was going to be doing a lot of drop shotting. Says 9-11 business days but, gave myself 3 weeks time. Didn't get them in time which sucked, but they gave me a little discount since they changed the time frame they provided 3 times. It took 5-6 weeks in the past? With the pandemic and slow shipping they said the time was more 20ish business days or 4 weeks. Came home to the package, was pretty happy with the stuff. Will def order from again just way in advance haha You ever use any of there stuff with Hooks? Like the swinging football head? Hooks look decent and have nice little protectors on them as well. The scrounger heads have HUGE bills lol like double the size of the ones I had.

Handheld digital scale for catch and release?
NOw you got me looking, but I know I have one too! That makes a lot of sense because I've seen this with other "names" on it. Can't complain though works well for me so far (knock on wood)

Handheld digital scale for catch and release?
Love this one. Got it for like $15 few years ago and added the Rapala gripper AJ mentioned. Works great Says ReelSonar on it. Not sure if that's the brand or not This pic was last week when I landed my PB. Still super pumped haha

Strike King Dream Shop, packs are 9 and 10, also weird colors. Any reason why?
Hello, so my dad grabbed me few packs of Dream Shots while he was down in WV because they had a color I cant find very often (Morning Dawn). So kinda weird that the Morning Dawn are 9 packs and the others were 10 packs. Also the 2 Morning Dawn packs look very different. 1 seems be covered in salt (bottom in 2nd pic) and the other has a blue/purple tip (top in 2nd pic) Anyone have any reason what's going on Thanks! Thanks!

What Have We Become ?
Sorry man but this is a really bad take. Just because a job isnt physical labor does not mean people do not work hard for their money. I bust I my a$$ learning and developing skills just like anyone else... because of you dont you become very easily replaceable and finding a new job is near impossible. These jobs can also create a ton of stress like any physically demanding job Retailers are charging what people will pay, just like anything else in life. Also why I try buy everything 2nd hand or through small business (help support them).

What Have We Become ?
I'm trying to find a little 10-14ft boat to rent for a week at Lake Winnipesaukee. Smallest I could find was a 16ft and they wanted $1K for the week... I could go buy a nice small boat for $1,500-2,000. Its brutal man

Drop Shot Hooks and Weights Choices
Thanks great info. I'll be fishing around ledges 10-15ft that frolic to 20-25ft. Last year I did really well with Ned Rig and neon pink. Wanted to explore more options this year. The water is prob 6-10Ft crystal clear to what you can see. Thanks for the advice Thanks so much! I'm going to Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Go every year. Last year I did really well with simple ned rig neon pink TRD. Cleaned up the smallie. Wanted to try new things this year. Water I'll be fishing will be around 10-15Ft and drop to 20-25ft. I'll check out those soft plastics to use as well. For the deeper drops should I go over 1/4 or is that the max you suggest? Thanks again

Drop Shot Hooks and Weights Choices
Hello, Just started to try out the drop shot and had some success. I am going to a lake that is very clea water and is well known for drop shotting. What are your favorite: Hook Brands Hook Sizes Weights Weight Style Lure brands Lure colors More info - Going to Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Last year did really well with Ned rig, neon Pink TRD. Want to try some other things this year Water is usually crystal clear see a good 6-10ft down. I'll be throwing on ledges 10-12ft that fall to 20-25Ft. I think the typical is 1/0 or 2/0 with 1/4 weight, preferable tungsten, but not sure on the style of weight. Placing an order tomorrow so thanks in advance! Edit- Lire brand and color too please. I know roboworm is usually king here. But also the Berkeley power bait flat worm got a lot of press recently John
