Best price on a Curado K?
I’m needing another Curado, a 201, 6 to 1. Has anybody seen a good deal this week? Why are Curado K’s so cheap on the auction site? I’ve saw them for $135-150 for new in box, are these fakes?

double-arm spinnerbaits
Dang that’s a beautiful example of one! Too pretty to use. There is some 3 and 4 arm models out that are borderline Alabama rig category!

double-arm spinnerbaits
That bottom pic you have JJ is marketed as a crappie spinnerbait. I have one of them as my local shop sells them for a whopping $8. I plan to stick that lure into a pond bass’s face as soon as spring gets here. I think I also have a Shannon and a Bomber Bushwhacker but never have tried them.

Lucky Craft lipless through the years
In my continuing effort to experience and have knowledge of fishing lures of past and present (wanna be lure historian), I am hoping to obtain some Lucky Craft lures of old and am still studying the RC crank bait lineup. I am amazed at all the LC lipless that has been sold and last night I ordered 2 of the LV-100’s and 2 of the LV-300’s (silent). I also see some 70 models and a unique sounding the model 200 and then there’s the 500 and a big line up of D series. Which of these are hit and miss and what colors have you had success with? If you have any stories or tips on these please share your stories or thoughts about them. How about that beautiful vib model that has the swim tail? I want to obtain all eventually and you gotta admit that is a beautiful lure regardless if it’s a dud lol

The Annual What You Got For Christmas Thread
@TnRiver46 that was Bear Claw Chris Lapp, I liked when he told JJ to stay behind his horse and slide his rifle over the saddle he said “elks don’t know how many feet a horse has” All I got to say is most of us here have Christmas every week thanks to the bait monkey and TW ?

Jackall Rerange possibly faulty?
Best I recall the magnet system in that lure is so strong that you can’t get the magnet to move by hand, it takes the hard snap of a cast to take it from the front to the rear

Hi everybody from Spain
Welcome!! Looking forward to hearing and seeing pictures of your lures and tackle

Let’s talk. What’s your Christmas dinner?
I’ll take you pic of my shuckers lol We hillbilly ppl refer to any green bean strung and snapped and dried in the sun to a dark brown as shuck beans and they sell around here up to $50 a gallon

Let’s talk. What’s your Christmas dinner?
My family didnt get to have Christmas til the 27th but we had some good eating when we did. My favorite selections from the table was random for our meal which is usually the same as thanksgiving turkey and ham, but my favs was shuck beans that I grew and dried summer of 2012 and sweet taters topped with melted marshmallows. There was also a ham and chicken n dumplings which is different for our meal. Dessert was a banana pudding. Is anybody else a shuck bean fan? That’s the last year I grew a big garden and still have nightmares of the 35 bushels of green beans I helped grow pick break up dry and can.

The Lucky Craft RC cranks
I think Luck E Strike just copies who ever they can get by with. Like the RC Stx jerkbait that mirrors the Vision 110 by MB or whoever Clunn goes “his” designs go with him?

The Lucky Craft RC cranks
I have some of the luck e strike rc1 and rc2 as well as a couple of the freaks with the deep diving bills but had not considered a connection between the 2 company names.

Spinnerbait skirts falling apart :(
My knowledge and use of good skirt materials is lacking awful I need to step it up I will try that JJ!! I do need to get into some new skirts and materials as well
-
Spinnerbait skirts falling apart :(
That’s probably the best idea. Not worry about the lot and just focus on having some skirts to throw on as I want to use them
-
Spinnerbait skirts falling apart :(
Excessive amount of spinnerbaits in this case means a couple hundred. It would be a major investment to replace. Could an idiot like me wire tie them and remove the junk bands on them?
-
Spinnerbait skirts falling apart :(
I have spinnerbaits that are old and getting older everyday. Idk how but I’ve amassed an excessive amount. I chose a new never used spinnerbait back a few weeks ago and after a few casts the crappy band had fell apart and my skirt was gone and now I’m looking at all these spinners thinking how am I gonna save them? What are my options?

My nephew
That type of fishing has been the majority of all my years spent fishing. I have found 8# Pline CXX moss green color to be satisfactory. 6# in that brand would be my 2nd choice.
