I was wondering what is your leave it on the rack combo? It happened to me with my Conquest MBR line up with my DC Reels, I feel they are too pretty to take them fishing, Unless I have boat or fish them at my privet pond :). Do you have one or perhaps more combo that you feel the same?

Today I had chance to get my second Metanium DC 71 with some fancy handles, It was a friend who got it and fish it twice and somehow he didn't like it or changed his mind, So I got it from him. Now I am in market for Shimano Poison Ultima to pair with it I can see the rod match the gold handle.

Go with Daiwa and since a Shimano guy telling you that, You can take it to the bank 😅. Shimano Nexave is very heavy.

I just got it, Use it few times at home and it was ok, The Glow in the dark is not really glowing but it cuts the braided lines and other lines very well. Also what I like about it is the clamp that you can clamp to the hat or pocket or etc... Overall I am happy with it and it is a keeper. I got mine on this Daiwa D-Wave with 8lb test cheap nylon and since I had no drop-shot weight I just comprmise and bite done split weight at the end of my line :), The only right thing there was my brand new red daiichii #4 hook, Everything else was shaky and I cought my two 8lb bass with that day.

Caught 7 Trout, Give away three of them around 10lb. Kept this 4 and weigh them at home, Lightning was smallest by 6lb and two 8lb each and one 9lb. Total of 31lb for them.

Second trip, Three days Two nights, Not a single issue with camper and new truck, I am just thinking why I didnt get the camper 10 years ago 🤣. I was fishing always day and night and sleep in my truck. When I am in camper, It feels very good. You cook, shower and sleep like home.
