Setting up rods
All of my rods are carefully paired with reels and specific lines, Sometimes I and in fishing hard core like 5 days a weekI have them all on. But if by some reason< like going for trout in some lakes or going after sharks at surf, Ill have all my reels in over in my reel bag with all my rods cover. For one when you have the line and lures you are putting tension on the line specially fluorocarbon lines and it will effect them and might break when you hooking your fish, Second its safer everything bag and pack to prevent any accidental tragedy. I also hear some people have line very tight to keep the lure on keeper snd that constant pressure on rod and creating weak point and it might be result of broken rod. So since I care about everything I have and I love my rods and reels so I keep them properly and separate like this.

Question: Auto inflate life vests
I never know that they have such things, I always use Airplane life jacket out of my shop and they are very cheap and very light and you certainly can trust them as they are approved to be use in Arlines by FAA?.

Hollow Core Braided Line For Bass?
Personally I know about hollow core braid when I was deciding a line for my 14/0 for shark fishing. They are pretty much expensive(biggest reason that I didn't go by them). But there is so many benefits in having them and most important one is the line capacity, so if you use normal braid on my reel 125lb I can do 1500 yards but if I use hollow core it might do 2500yards even 3000 yards. So about leader, of course if you want to have leader you can do it very well with hollow core by splicing, But come on, really? I am just using good old trusty FG knot that I swear didn't failed me up to now. So I go with Nay on hollow core for bass.

Small conventional rod for freshwater
I just post that recently, I know what you mean. You can use Calcutta 100 or 200 sizes for that matter. I am using the BFS and they are the best for what you need. But how about you tell use why you looking for something like that?

G Loomis Frog Rod - 884c vs 885c
No, I have CDC80XH 3 to 6oz, I am using it for frogging and also for Swavers and all the big Sebille for stripers. Anything below 6oz or 6" to 8" soft swimbaits like paddle tails and stuff. Anything higher than that ill use my swimbait rod.

Thats what I think, since both of them cold blooded in some point the reaction to weather or moon phases will be the same.- Share info about the bass bite days
Guys I am about to share something to you that sounds crazy, I have a Carolina Diamondback Terrapin(turtle), Sometimes he is so active and eating food (live and packed/dry), But some days he is just In the corner and sleeping. I notice the days that he is eating and aggressive , I have bass bites as well and the days he is not eating, I also have no bass bites. Call me crazy or tell me it is coincidence , But is more like a pattern. Like last week till today he is really at corner and not in eating mood and I did catch zilch. If he is in eating mood he will eat up to 20 baitfish like creampuffs , But if not in mood, He will live with them for days and not paying attention to them. I was thinking that both of them cold blooded species and it can be related. Anyways if you read something about this or have info or idea please share. If not, Just disregard this post.- Smallest Bass Ever on Senko
I wish you could release him unharmed, coz he deserve it ?- Bulk senkos are gone right?
Stik O 5 3/4" the most identical lure to Senko with the same fall rate. you can give it a try. - Share info about the bass bite days
