yeah thats fun way to keep you happy, I dont know about your lakes but here we have carp almost everywhere. you guys have stripers that you can bait and wait for them with blood worm and chicken liver.

I do only bank fish and I do 3 to 5 days a week. The way I am doing it is driving all over the places. for example, I have group of friends going to certain lake for carp fishing, ill drive with them and set up one rod for carp and use my bass rod and start casting for bass. The same thing if they want to go catfishing or trout fishing, I am always half and half, one rod bait and wait and the other one casting for bass. If you do it this way I found out you'll not be board, even you get skunked for bass, you will have few action on other fishes. like last week I was in very nice lake with my friends for carp fishing, I tried everything and I couldn't catch a single bass, but I catch 9 carps, so at the end of the day I was happy. I have lake/pond 7min drive from me and ill use it for bass fishing when I am somehow stock by home and cant make full day trip. In that case if I catch same bass over and over I would be happy with result and it doesn't matter really as long as I catch something. Note: In general I am a player, I like to collect and play and cast and use my tackle and I found enjoyment in that and when I catch fish its like a bonus for me.

I have a Trig all year round with me and 3/8oz with 5" Stick bait, Today is 5" Junbug Senko but I just start to change it to maxscent general to see how it will work.

Guys all of them can be true, But in my idea nothing beats the baitsanity and deps 250 glides, Specially when you need to make bomb cast from shore, It is most tiring and wearing you off very fast.

I am using 2" because I dont have bunch of same packs like pros. Also I am trying to make it not so heavy and when I close the cabinet I dont want they extend inside and hit the stuff in cabinet. Thanks everybody for help. tomorrow is the delivery day for pegboards and I can start.

I am arranging my soft plastics and I came across mine and I was thinking to take picture and share with you, This are some of my favorites.

Guys, What is the one every angler attaching to the wall and hang soft plastics and lure boxes? Please include amazon link as well. To be exact I want to apply that behind my cabinet door, So when I open my fishing cabinet, everything will be attached to back of the door.

I believe that 3500 size reel is like MH 7' Rod, You can use that reel for so many situation but it is not perfect for every situation. So if you going to have only one spinning reel you need to get that 3500 size.

I Just told you the spec so you get something like that in your budget, Any XH or (1oz to 3oz) rod 7'1 to 7'6. Any reel can handle heavy fish, I think Glenn talk about a quantum he using always that have 18lb drag and it was really good price. he using it in his videos on YouTube, you can look it up there.

I have special rod and reel for that, Tranx300 and st.croix legend terek XH(1-3oz).

My suggestion Shimano SLX Combo, 7' to 7'2" MH Rod ans SLX DC Relu and you'll thanks me later

Guys, Today I am waiting for last rod I purchase in my life (I hope), I went to get the u-40 and get ready for delivery so I can apply it on my rod as soon as possible and can use the rod sooner. But I saw the color is somehow more milky, Please see the pictures and tell me if it is ok to use or I need to buy new u-40? I remind you again, I swear it will be my last rod and I dont have plan to buy any rod in future. I am happy with nearly 50 combos I have and I dont want to add any anymore.
