What is your favorite wacky worm?
I don't use wacky often...normally I go weightless Texas rigged senko or trick worm. One thing I do wacky is the old havoc moneymaker with a small nail in each end.

What specific baits do you prefer? What kind of setup do you throw them on?

Blade baits from shore...
So I've seen a few videos over the years of Iaconelli using a blade bait in cold shallow water just kinda hopping it around. This got me wondering if blades are effective from shore?

Pies
I love key lime and my moms pecan with homemade whipped cream on top. My absolute favorite is sour cream raisin.

Crankbait rod help
I bank fish exclusively and I have several medium light rods that I've caught 5oz bluegills all the way up to 25lb carp on...never broke one.

New PB!
My pb was about 24inches and she weighed 8.75 on my scale so I'd say 9 sounds right. Beautiful fish.

Irish Whiskey drinkers...
I've got a bottle of this and like it. I didn't find the Connemara so I ended up getting a bottle of 12yr Red breast. Its a little over my budget but all I've heard is how great it is.

Any Auto Mechanics Here?
Gotta be careful using hot water on a frozen windshield...it can crack.

Irish Whiskey drinkers...
Looking for some suggestions beyond basic old Bush mills and Jameson...like to keep it at or under $50? I'm considering Connemara because I've heard good things...anybody tried it?

Wheeler
Fair enough I just have a hard time even hinting at somebody doing something wrong because if you even stir the thought of cheating in peoples minds you can ruin there image. Now if you have seen something that makes your mind up then I understand your position on it. Also I'm not saying its as easy as hey just quit your job and make it happen that was a simplified version of it...but I was just just saying it to illustrate a point. It can be done...hell Clunn sold a rifle to fund a tourney back in the day. Sometimes you gotta roll the dice.

Fishing with a pro.
Alot of guys choosing both Feider and Swindle...both are good dudes and it would certainly be a fun time. I would say KVD but that's to easy a choice. I also think clunn would put on a masterclass but again that's to safe a pick! I'd honestly pick John Cox or Randall Tharp..both are great shallow water guys and there styles fit mine. Also maybe Bill Lowen for the same reasons...he is a great swim jig and shallow crank guy...so that really fits my style too.

Wheeler
Well since you sent this my way yes of course I think viewing a map with a guide is against the no info rule..but since I haven't seen the proof of this I can't say it happened. What's funny to me is these elite guys that aren't doing well still have a 100k boat and 70k truck. If they are indeed earning that money from another job maybe they should hold off upgrading every year so they can save some money quit there job for a year go all in and become better tournament anglers. Another thing is Wheeler gets accused of cheating but on at least one occasion he called himself in on a rules violation. Yep...sounds like a cheater to me. Here's the thing about a reputation its just as often not earned as it is earned. Maybe Wheeler is cheating and just hasn't been actually caught and punished for it. Or maybe just maybe he ticked somebody off and that guy started saying he was a cheater and a bunch of guys that are tired of him taking there money bought into it. I can't definitively say he isn't cheating but I also can't say he is. Its innocent until proven guilty not the other way around.

Crayfish and Minnow Traps
I use a frabil black mesh cylindrical shape one. I use bread or dry cat food. Some spots I catch more craws than minnows.

Budget frogging setup 2021 season
I'm using a Daiwa Aird x 7ft heavy with a Lews lfs speed spool and 50lb power pro. Total cost of the combo was $130 after discounts.

Who do you eat ?
In order for me Bluegill-perch-walleye-crappie-cold water channel cats. Yes that's right I didn't put Walleye at the top...oh no blasphemy! It is a good fish to eat but it is boring..extremely bland. Perch are very similar but because of the small size they fry up crisper and they are dynamite in a fish taco..that is why I put them ahead of Walleye. My favorite has been bluegill for a long time...they are small fry up perfect and they have a sweet nutty flavor that I love. That said I eat Pike, white bass and yellow bass as well but they aren't as available to me locally. I'd like to eat trout but all that's around me are stockers and I don't care for them. Also I grew up on the gulf coast eating redfish, speckled trout, flounder, whiting, sheepshead and croaker. I miss those.

Norman Speed N..
Looking for some insight on this bait. Is it a cold water bait or warm? Anybody have any luck with it?

spinnerbait blade configuration
I guess for me I'm throwing a spinner bait most in two situations: spring in dirty water and fall in clean water when the bass are focusing on shad. Because of that I use a Colorado for max thump or willow for speed and bait fish profile. Ill add that I'm targeting largemouth...but do catch small mouth from time to time.

Current Favorite Colder Water Swim Jig / Bladed Jig Trailer ?
In cold water on a chatterbait I use a 4inch fluke alot. In cold water on a swim jig I use a single tail grub. But in most conditions by far my favorite swim jig trailer is a menace and its not even close.

Try As I Might, Never Have I Ever Caught A Bass On A ___ .
Drop shot...planning on trying more next year but my limited experience with it has not been possible. To the guys that haven't caught a bass on a senko....are you only fishing them after a fish kill? If there's a bass in the lake it will happen

Craws
Well I don't think it gives you anything the rage craw doesn't...other than more baits and money left over. The rage craw is an excellent bait but its spendier and less durable. The ultra vibe speed craw is also an excellent bait with a proven track record. 7pk for $5.49 or 12pk for $3.99. Can't go wrong with either bait and if money isn't an issue I'd go rage craw. If money is a concern id go speed craw and never look back.

Fenwick Elite-tech Smallmouth rod ?
Just between the short handle and the weird grip for me on the reel seat I never feel like I have any control or leverage on the hook set.
