  1. I hope you're right Troutfisher, I also hope their heads are in the game unlike the Pitt game. Oklahoma looked pretty tough when they played Mizzou. My feelings for Fraudriguez are not to be viewed in the public eye on this forum. (Bastage!!) >
  2. I'm blowing my nose as I type. Wait a minute...got a little on the key board.
  3. I order mine from Ichiban Tackle. Ask for the black ones. Even though he doesn't show them on his site, he can get them. You might want to order a few other things while you are there so shipping doesn't kill you.
  4. I use strictly Evergreen snaps, size 0, 1, and 2.
  5. Darwin Award canidate.
  6. 1. Daiwa TD-Z 105 H 2. Daiwa Steez 103 H 3. Daiwa Alphas Ito 103 A.I. 4. Daiwa Liberto Pixy 5. Daiwa Alphas 103 These would have to be my top five. Can we have a top ten? :
  7. I am going to borrow some stuff at Guntersville. Maybe one of Scott's Kistler/ Revo combos and try out Gene's new sponsored rods. Maybe go crazy and fish a Daiwa, too! Anybody else have to read this two or three times for it to sink in? I thought I was seeing things. Kent, you are more than welcome to borrow any one of my Kistler and Daiwa combos for the whole week if you want. I don't even care if you fish with it, I just want to get a picture of you with it in your hand. Better save your fearless leader Shimano posse, he's fading fast to the dark side.

I had no issues at all but wanted to say thanks for all the new features. I'm still finding new stuff to play with. I haven't tried the ALERT MODERATOR button yet. Is this like pulling the fire alarm in high school? BIG NO NO!!! BTW, thanks also for putting back the "all" option on posts. I liked that feature.
  9. That spinnerbait is killer where I fish.
  10. Pretty fish though. 8-)
  11. Welcome home! 8-)
  12. MERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS!
  13. Congratulations! 8-)
  14. Ditto on Animal House. I can't believe I forgot that one. Van Wilder would get my vote for a newer movie. I just like the older ones better because back then everything was a little more taboo, now everyone is desensitized by the way TV is today.
  15. Get the double, you won't regret it. They are very tough. I have 9 of them filled way past full and still can't bust the zippers.
  16. Another Darwin Award canidate.
  17. you caught my attention with that chris. that's the reason i'm gonna drop all my current bass subscriptions when they run out - not enough info on targeting big fish. everything just seems dedicated to catching numbers and keepers and tournament tactics. not that i have anything against any of that, it's just not what i'm into. that "bass west USA" you mentioned, is it dedicated especially to cali fishing or does it have good info that will work anywhere? just curious. i'm tired of reading about how to catch 2 pounders. ;D. the more i chase big bass, the more i realize that at times it can be almost like fishing for a different species altogether. I think that is one of the better statements I have read on this board. You hit the nail on the head.
  18. I am all over that! Thanks for posting Robert. So starts the wintertime buying spree...help me. :-/

I hate when that happens. : I think this is how I met my wife, not sure, everything was fuzzy. ;D
  20. Tickle Me Elmo: There is a factory in Northern Minnesota which makes the Tickle Me Elmo toys. The toy laughs when you tickle it under the arms. Well, Lena is hired at The Tickle Me Elmo factory and she reports for her first day promptly at 8:00 AM. The next day at 8:45 AM there is a knock at the Personnel Manager's door. The Foreman throws open the door and begins to rant about the new employee. He complains that she is incredibly slow and the whole line is backing up, putting the entire production line behind schedule. The Personnel Manager decides he should see this for himself, so the 2 men march down to the factory floor. When they get there the line is so backed up that there are Tickle Me Elmo's all over the factory floor and they're really beginning to pile up. At the end of the line stands Lena surrounded by mountains of Tickle Me Elmo's. She has a roll of plush red fabric and a huge bag of small marbles. The 2 men watch in amazement as she cuts a little piece of fabric, wraps it around two marbles and begins to carefully sew the little package between Elmo's legs. The Personnel Manager bursts into laughter. After several minutes of hysterics he pulls himself together and approaches Lena. "I'm sorry," he says to her, barely able to keep a straight face, "but I think you misunderstood the instructions I gave you yesterday..." "Your job is to give Elmo two test tickles.
  21. I was waiting for the tasers. Funny stuff!!
  22. I know you're not going to believe this but that is what I just had...weird. Sleep is such a waste of time I think. Too much to do in the world. You're getting sleepy.....your eyes are getting heavy... Dude! Change your avatar! That's why you can't get any friggin sleep! That chupacabra dude is keeping you awake! I'm not sleepy now, but I sure am laughing real hard. I'll change it when I can fish again. Just fits my mood right now with winter and cabin fever. eastkybass and luckyinkentucky, thanks for the advice. I will give it a try.
