I have never seen them here on the SE NC coast, of course I try not to go to the beaches umless I am at the boat ramp.

My favorite superbowl was in the 80's not sure the number, following the 1987 season, I believe. Washington vs Denver. Denver jumped out to 10- 0 lead at the end of the first Quarter, The Redskins scored the next 42 points. I beleive 35 of those were in the second quarter. T.

I may be wrong but I bilieve that most small spinning reels are made for light line. I use Shimano 4000 series reels and have a Quamtum Kinetic 40 series that I use #12 to #14 pound test. I use these reels because they pull double duty salt and freshwater. For Bass fishing I never fish a whole day, but I can say they get heavy. Anyway back on topic, if you want to use a small reel with a heavy test line. Maybe try some #20 braid. T.

ReelMech, All the boxes had the same design. I think they are just not carrying it anymore. I mean they also had boxes of flame green Fireline for $3.50 but had the smofe Firleine for the smae price. However I do see your point about being old out of date stock. Thanks, T

For spinning I cast right handed and reel with the left hand. I just started baitcasting and cast with my reel with my right. I am use to that from using saltwater conentional tackle trolling for King Mackeral. I wouldn't mind trying the left hand B/C's just so I would not have to switch hands. I am just not sure I want to spend the money for a left handed reel, and not like it. T.

Thanks Burley, I actually bought some two weeks ago at the same store but it was $4.00 a spool for the #10. I saved my receipt and have not used it so, I think I am going to return it and save myself around five or six bucks T.

This has probably been asked but I can't find the tread. Has anyone used this line? I picked up a couple of spools that the local K-Mart had marked down to $ 0.80 for #6 and $0.90 for #10. I figured I would try it on a few spinnig outfits. I also picked up a spool of #20 Vanish Transition for $1.50. I am going to try this on my baitcasters. I figure if these lines suck I have not lost much. T.

Some excellent points Stokes. Maybe no tax at all then. Maybe the smaller oz portions only attempt. Or take some existing food tax revenue and shift it to supplementing the profit of water in resturaunts. Doing anything is better than nothing i would think. I agree we've got ourselves to blame mostly but are their creative ways to fix it? Can we help lieelt kids in a small way before they get out of hand? Maybe they see the parents drinking water and that becomes second nature rather than soda. I agree, I mean I drink a ton of sodas, although diet drinks now. I would have never known what hey were had my parents and my grandparents not given it to me a toddler. We as Americans have become somewhat of lets blame everyone else society. Okay I see the rational for the soda tax, but if we are going have a tax on soda, then we need a dougnut tax, a fastfood tax and a candy tax. Also let's not forget a higher tax on red meat, alchohol and everything else that s all of sudden bad for the general public. Plain and simple people need to exercise instead of sitting on their butt gripping about being obese. Unless you are completly parlyzed there is no excuse for not exercising. And I amnot being cold hearted either, because I had spinal cord surgery last year and I am still able to lift weights and walk on a tread mill 2 to 3 times a week which has improved my leg strength and nerve damage that I suffered. JUst my opinion

Hey I agree, this movie was awesome, Russell Crowe in this movie was the villian that you actually like. The ending was pretty cool as well. T.

So quit fishing, then you will not be supporting the importation of foreign made goods. However once that happens, all the people that make a living at BPS, Cabelas, Walmart, Dicks SportingGoods and every other chain or mom and pop tackle store will be unemployed. Then we can all complain about the high unemplyoment rate. It is that simple. Just my opinion.

I agree 100%. People need to take repsonsibility for their own actions. No one forces someone to drink sodas. I drink diet drinks because the sugar in regular drinks mess with my blood sugar and my weight. When I drank five regular 1 liter Sun Drops or Mountain Dews it was choice. Just my opinion. T

I use to love wrestling as a kid. This was back in the days of the NWA . My favorites were Wahoo McDaniel, Jay Youngblood, The Fablous Freebirds, The Road Warriors, The Rock'n Roll Express, Dusty Rhodes, Paul Orndorff, Rick Flair, the Andersons, Roddy Piper. There was a local pet store that sold Black Caimans here about 7-8 years ago, then they all of a sudden stopped selling them. I suspect they wer busted by Wildlife offcials. T.

Ok, so it is unusally cold here in SE North Carolina and I just saw the local weather man say that were in a rain defecit for the year. So my question is how can we be in a rain defict when we are only 2-3 weeks into the new year? I understand that we are still experiencing drought conditions. But it seems like the year is still to new to say that our region is down for the norm. Oh well ,I guess the cold is just playing with my mind. T.

That is what they call a Tennessee handle. The reel is secured by tape or some other fastner. You are supposed to be able to adjust the reel along the handle to your preference. Personally if I am going to spend that kind of money on a rod, it better have a reel seat. Just my opinion T.

Can't stand the Giants and I think that the Mannings are totally overrated. Peyton was the best QB at Tennessse to never beat the Florida Gators, and Eli is just riding his brother's coat tails. Just my opinion. T
