Was not that close to observe the fish running away from this bizarre thing full of wire and metal, usually I can see them attacking other baits like lipless cranks or plastic worms…. I just frustrating to keep trying spinnerbaits like that in what is a ideal condition and nothing happens at this point im thinking maybe is not worth to spend a cent with SB or SB related equipment The last time was using this strike ming btw… but tried other brands like terminator etc…with no luck

Cloudy day, chopped water every time I see a weather like that I try to throw a spinnerbait, willow blade, colorado blade makes no difference , slow retrieve fast retrieve nothing never got anything on this bait, observing the fish at the ponds the bait has a opposite effect, it scares the fish I see they run away from the bait (bass and peacock bass) bought a rod and reel just to throw this bait and I’m starting to regret…what I’m doing wrong?

I believe this rod size should be useful when on a boat correct? I fish mostly from the bank a 8’ rod can be trouble to carry around

I know the chatterbait rod is nothing special but this is what have dor now. Was catching only tiny bass one after another them this happens…. That is a first for me a monster Peacock on a weightless senko, this one must be hungry they usually are not attracted by worm baits…

You have some fantastic lures that I’ve never seen before, makes me want to deep dive into finesse.. but living in Florida is hard almost any bass can break a finesse rod around here ?

To be honest always liked Daiwa and never had a problem before, this is the first time o got a brand new product from them that feels weird…. And it’s the first time I use their warranty let’s see how it goes, if they send a new reel or fix the problem or if they will give me headache enough to change to Shimano ?

Looks like Daiwa likes to overcomplicate things… its crazy the amount of work to reach the mechanism for the thumb bar I’m not that brave to disassemble the reel like that lol mine had a abnormal play compared to my other Fuego, decided to send to Daiwa in CA since the store I bought can’t replace they don’t have another reel… hope the warranty is good and they do a good job
