In the summer I tie a rope to the handle and drop them in the water , under shade if possible. Or fish at night.

I can’t help it, I’ve got to check . Some of the most fun days have been sparked by seeing or hearing a commotion and casting a spoon in that direction.

Every time AI comes up in conversation I can’t help but think of Sarah Connor. Once Skynet figures out we’re the problem , uh oh.

I liked the old cameras that had to be developed before I knew if the quality was good or if there was someone who had “borrowed” my camera to take a selfie before they were called selfies. Telling the story behind the photo is half the fun for me. If someone doesn’t like my photos, they don’t have to look at them, but they will. They always do.

Glad you didn’t get seriously injured . I’ve fell off a few times myself , but it’s usually an unexpected burst from the trolling motor. Did you get your rod back ?
