I have about 100 senkos and about 75 other stick baits (ochos, yum, big bites). I’ve made myself stop buying them for a while.

I’ve had some for a few years but never thrown them. What makes them better than just pegging a T-rig or throwing a football jig?

You nailed It. It was actually a very high quality Rod that I wanted to like. Probably should have fished It more but have too many that feel more crisp to me.

So what you’re saying is it’s fine that I peg my weight because It basically pegs anyway lol. What I don’t want to happen, regardless of it’s actually likely to happen or not, is my weight to be on one side of a limb and my bait on the other side. I pitch my Texas rigs into nasty brush.

I don’t currently have anything that would work for the 3.5” coffee tubes, but these might work for the 4” craw tubes.. What do you think? 5/0 owner rig n hook, 5/0 owner twist lock flippin hook. Buddy says not to use the twistlock because the bait will ball up on the hook. But people use them for creatures all the time ?‍♂️

I ended up not even opening the second Adrena so there was no temptation. Just sent It back.

I cannot find the eagle claw or trokar kahle style tube hooks i wanted. What other hooks do y’all use for Texas rigged tubes? Side note, if you have any of the eagle claws, I’d buy them in 3/0 and up.

I’m wondering now…. I use the orochi perfect pitch specifically for magdrafts and small glides like an s-waver 120. Would the 7’4” Adrena be better for that? I’d sell the orochi if so.

I have these dirty jigs 1/2 oz magnum horseshoe shaky heads and wondering what you would use them on. These are a 7/0 gama hook. I have some 12” ol monsters but they might be too big. The 7” senko looks good though. Have you thrown these?

Unfortunately I screwed up and didn’t realize the 7’4” was a swimbait rod. So I ordered the 7’2” HF also. I wanted a bottom contact rod. So when they both get here, the 7’4” is getting returned. (unless it’s so awesome in hand that I want to keep It and I can sneak It by the wife lol) Jk
