Were in the same boat up here in Southern Oregon. I went out early Sunday in a hoodie & jeans. The wind kicked up and it was cold! Rained off and on all day yesterday. It's supposed to warm up later in the week though. And yeah, it's affected the fishing here.

I honestly have no idea. Unless due to their budget they absolutely have to. But even back when I had to do that I learned pretty quickly that buying cheap usually ends up being more expensive in the long run when you have to prematurely replace it.

Oh yeah, I could. But we have a pretty good arrangement. We both put a set amount into our joint checking & savings each month. This covers all of our monthly expenses & savings. Then we both have a personal checking account that the rest goes into. That way if we want something we just get it. Any money that comes out of the joint account is carefully scrutinized by the accountant/warden though.
