It funny you mentioned running into someone. At first I thought you were talking about my dad. But he is not from Texas. He said he did run into you at the ramp recently and chatted you up for a bit.

I always start with the same bait and end up throwing 10+ different baits by the time I am done for the day.

I use Leviathan rods for swimbaits. Best I have found yet. They truly are incredible rods.

Curado 71 ftw. I have about 8 or so at this point. Don't care for the 150 size.

Dobyns Beast and Megabass SV3 is about all I will buy anymore and I have had more brands of spinnerbaits than I care to admit. I buy the Beast a dozen at a time now. Haven't found one better.

4 different poundages. 2 different lines. 3 of one, 1 of the other.

Ever since we came back online, the notifications go away as soon as I click the bell. I'll have the red dot with the number, click on it, then everything gets greyed out like its been viewed. (yes I've done the things before you ask)

Go big. Once I started doing that I started catching BIG fish.

My last fill up on 87 was $5.49. Put about $125 in. $40 more than "normal".

Ain't that the truth! You never really have to worry about losing them. It was a little hard on the first kayak outing as he just wanted to be on my lap the whole time. They are typically only like that with one person. They find their person, and they never leave them. My last V attached to my wife. She followed her literally everywhere when she was around.

Clingy yes. He won't leave my side already. As is the nature of the breed. He is an extremely intelligent dog as well. I have trained many pups. This little dude catches on extremely quickly. He is going to be a lot of fun.
