  1. I've only caught 1 5 pound bass in my 5 years fishing up here. Average is right around 2 pounds for me. I need to move down south again. :-/

  4. I voted "others" and that would be... walleye Apparently they like tubes and white spinnerbaits too.
  5. I use bullfrog sun screen & insect repellent....hasn't effected my fishing. However I use the spray on stuff...so it doesn't get on my hands.
  6. I agree....I tend to be more alert as well.
  7. My first tattoo,i was warned by the dude doing it that if i fell asleep or passed out i would wake up with extras.I don't think he was kidding either.Needless to say i never fell asleep or passed out.
  8. Yup,My parents brought me a big bag full of nothing but H20 cranks, topwater, jerkbaits from Texas. Those were my wedding gift. For the price they are some great crankbaits on the market. Too bad they only reside down south for sale.Otherwise i could see myself buying $20 worth every weekend when i got paid.
  9. I hope he paid that family his entire 35 million dollar contract. That guy doesn't deserve a penny of it. They should keep him broke too. I have not yet to this day have gotten behind the wheel after i drank.Call a cab or have a sober friend bring you home...plain and simple. I refuse to feel sorry for anyone who drinks and drives.
  10. I walk a good mile or 2 every time i go fishing....Since i'm shore bound,i have to walk. I lose weight every summer because of this.So yeah,It's exercise for me.
  11. Senkos...believe it or not. I get a pack or two every year.... I'm trying, but i always get skunked when i fish just senkos.I don't know what's wrong with me......
  12. There was a rumor around here that the raccoons were killing off the neighborhood cats. Now I'm starting to believe this rumor....Holy smokes,i didn't think raccoons were that capable.
  13. Happens every year here. The bite literally sucks when there's that many baitfish.
  14. Training day is on my top list of my all time favorite movies. I can't watch horror movies like i did when i was younger. Those new movies creep me out now. There was one movie specifically that ticked me off...It's an anti-christian film.Totally messed up and unbiased. The name escapes me at the moment.
  15. #1.Mrs. Baird's Chocolate Pie. Look on the back and you'll be shocked how much calories those things are packing.I usually get 2... Restaurants: McDonald's Big mac & fries Wendy's Double bacon burger & large fries Burger King Double whopper & Onion rings White castle cheese burgers(8of them) with onion petals Taco bell's entire menu... ;D Taco Bueno Muchaco-I eat till i can't eat anymore Got a few coney islands that serve everything chili. Home: Deep fried hot dog Deep fried burritos Deep fried chicken .....if it fits in a deep fryer i eat it...lol My favorite...a peanut butter and cheese sandwich....on white bread toasted. That's probably the healthiest thing out of that list up there. However every time i eat this i get weird looks. Last Thursday i said goodbye to that entire list....I'm on a diet for the time being.I gained right around 30-40 pounds in 3-4 months time. :'(

"People think i'm going bald, but really i'm just getting more head......" ;D b Good one....
  17. I do...but not different line size. I'm glad i did,i fish a river system full of snags, rocks and sharp wire. All from retie and break offs.I've emptied a spool of line in 4 hours.Just switch the spool and I'm ready to go again.
  18. That actually ticks me off when somebody says that. Not only is that discriminating and wrong, you could very well be passing up the best employee you might hire. Me,I'll just wear long sleeves and cover them up.You'll never know it till I'm hired on and already made a good impression on you. 8-) Well, in my post I said if you showed up with them VISIBLE looking for work. Sure cover them up and you stand a chance to get the job but KEEP em covered while you're on MY job site. When you're on MY job site, you represent me and my company = my rules. And it's not discriminatory; it's called a consequence of your choice of lifestyle. You want to have tatoos all over your body; fine. Just realize that the employers of the world will think twice about having someone like that as the face for their company. Or if you do get hired, you'll most likely be limited as to how far you'll be able to advance. Same goes for people that want to smoke the wacky tobacky. Toke up all you want but realize that certain career fields will be off limits to you. Like I said, no offense meant. I'm old fashioned about some things. Understandable,We aren't going to agree and i can respect that.My head boss of my last job has both arms covered in tattoos.Doesn't seem to affect him on getting more business in.He's now in Corporate.Still moving up.... Now doing drugs is a different story and really shouldn't be compared to tattoos...because it's extremely dangerous and stays in your system. To be honest,i wouldn't want to work with a guy who's high or drunk either. That's a matter of safety.Tattoos ain't hurting anybody. That's how i look at it.
  19. Catch more fish=No You get what you paid for in quality=yes
  20. Heard that too...Personally i never do it. I use Grizzy wintergreen...not sure if fish like the wintergreen taste.
  21. I want to see some OT.... ;D

  25. Depends on how serious i take it that day. For the most part it's relaxing for me. If i start getting stress about not being able to find the bass,I just go after bluegills with a bobber. That's my simple solution.
