Once again we got a bad break on the weather, but this time the fish didn't care. We had 17 fish all day. All very shallow despite falling water temps. Deepest and biggest one was caught in 4'. The rest came from 2' or less. Highlight of the day came about 30 minutes into the morning when I stuck this 9lbs 2oz pig. The next biggest was 6lbs 14oz my buddy caught. All fish were caught on a swimbait, and 10 were over 4lbs.

Welcome!!!! You've found the right place to learn. The amount of information here is astounding. Go get you 2 or 3 rattle traps and spinnerbaits. Pick up some 1/8-1/4oz bullet weights and a couple of packs of plastic worms. Those are fish catching baits that are a great place to start. Once you get those figured out start watching out fo rthe bait monkey. He is fierce. Good luck.

I just don't understand how anyone for or against any war could think it is helping their cause to show up and protest at a freaking funeral. Very disgraceful and I feel for the family if they have to be put through that. For all the protesters know this particular young man could of signed up to help protect this great country, but been against this war. However, he signed up and went and did his duty very bravely. Now these Yahoos(wish I could use a better word) are going to show up and disgrace him. >

I don't mind the real estate thing. Its pretty cool helping people getting into their home. I've always been intrigued by law enforcement and owning my own bar/grill though.

It might not make you very popular, but I don't see anything wrong with it. Even though I catch and release 100%. If everyone was like me the lakes would get over populated though. Just please don't keep anything thats not legal and throw the big ones back to make bigger ones.
