Had an opportunity to pick up this very rare reel. Glad I did. It's the most precise fishing reel I've ever laid my eyes or hands on. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it yet, I may just keep it on my desk.

This reel probably was a shade over a grand! Apparently they are so impressive the fish surrender before the angler even casts!

Wow man. Color me jealous. There were only 200 LIn 10 25th anniversary reels made. I've had one in my hands only briefly. When I saw the $1425 price tag, I couldn't justify it, regardless of how amazing it was. Now, I kick myself every time I see one, because I should have bought that reel. Congratulations on the score, it's as excellent as they come.

I don't have a rod for this reel yet. Looking for the right match up. They make a Black Jungle series that may be the ticket. For now, this reel makes a great paper weight.

Oh...almost forgot about this one. Awesome little reel. I'ZE 103 Light, with upgraded drag, bearings and carbon handle. Pairs beautifully with my 1st generation Diablo SB.
