J-Will heads or Big Hammer

I've been making my own and I'm happy with them, I can 1/8oz heads with a 3/0 or 4/0 hook and wire keeper up to a 7/16oz. I like using them by with a single swim bait but they work on the A rigs too. I tried a bunch of these before making my own as I just used regular ball heads and swim jigs without a skirt but a head designed for swim baits are much better.

I use J-will heads.

I am using the VMC "Ike approved" swimbait heads.

Big Hammer.  The Money Minnow heads are popular around here too.

Along with almost everybody else, the J-Will. They're on sale right now at TW.

I pour my own in several different styles and weights. Got tired of paying over $1 a jighead before there's even a bait on it.

Scratch the jig heads and use weighted screw-lock swimbait hooks. You won't be dissapointed...

J-will !

Those look great, Matt.  I can't really tell from the picture, but they look like they have pretty stout hooks.  For me, that's real important, and why I like the J-Will heads.

They use mustads.

I really like my revenge swimjigs and have never had one straighten out (yet).

I'll probably buy a couple packs...
