Yeah right I am stuck at the top rung on my ladder but I am still hourly(OT is a perk)...been there for a while now if you see me post i forget the senior alot as it means nothing really except i been doing it a while now hahaha

Funny thing. So I've been working with a vocational counselor to help me get my crippled azz back into the workforce. My regular counselor took the month off and his substitute is a woman. She told me today I needed to work on how I come across to people because I'm blunt and a bit harsh.  I'm not harsh, I'm honest. Not my fault people can't handle the truth.
