Florida Fishing With Dwight And Robert ( Guess The Weight As Well)

Featured Replies

  • Super User

Went down to Florida for a couple days this past week to fish with a couple good buddies of mine from here on BR.  Dwight Hottle and Robert (SouthFLA) of Hawg Tech.  We fished a mixture of lakes, reservoirs and canals and whacked em good!  I mean really!  Mostly topwater which makes it even more fun! Put the new Curado I through its paces as well.  Ended up catching between 25-30 fish a day per person with some big ones mixed in.

Big Cavitron fish! ( Shout out to Bobby with Megastrike!! )

And last but not least, this fish was weighed and released, but I want to have a little fun with it.  What do you think this one weighed?

Can I guess?

No!  There are 4 people on here that cannot guess.  Dwight Hottle, A-Jay, Brian Needham and Redline Robert!  At least until page 5!

Jeff,

Nice fish man!  Isn't it amazing the size and quantity of bass these little canals hold!!  I guess 8.8 pounds on the big one!

9.0lbs

Great fish man!

9.4 lbs?

uh wow! That just looks amazing. What a tank. Between 9 - 10 pounds. What a trip! Regardless of the fishes weight, the whole thing looks like the typically amazingly proportioned bass everyone dreams of. Awesome fish bud

Hard to tell with it quartering away but looks 10+ to me
