As the title states - what are your favorite creature baits to use with C-Rigs and swinging / pivot / sway jig heads ?

Thanks in advance !

swing heads-Netbait B Bug or Zman Palmetto Bug

I am not much of a creature bait user on the c-rig, I tend to stick with worms and lizards adhering to the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" motto. As for wobble heads I like the Havoc pit boss and devil spear,as well as a chigger craw.

C-rig: Rage Tail Lizard or Eeliminator

I prefer the Jika Rig to the pivot head jig, but either way my suggestion is the Rage Structure Bug or

Smokin' Rooster.

I'm another that sticks with worms and lizards for C-rigs but for the swing jigs I like the Sweet Beaver, there is something about that profile that the fish like. I have also used Rage Craws and Brush Hogs with some success on the swing jig but nothing works as well for me as the Sweet Beaver.

Don't use either a swing jig head or a traditional C-rig. Reasons don't like 3 knots needed for a C-rig and the jig trailer dragging on the bottom with a swing jig. A stand up style jig keeps the soft plastic upright, the slip shot/finesse C-rig has 1 knot at the hook. Any craw/crawworm, single or double tail, can be used on either a jig or bullet weight T-rig or a finesse C-rig. Floating soft plastics work better when dragged, however using a light wire hook helps any soft plastic sink slower. GYCB twin tail hula grub, Berkley Chigger craw and Zoom brush hogs all work.

Old School ;)

Carolina Rigged Liz-zard & French Fry!

Try a jr razor beetle from deep creek tackle on you swing head, and i agree with WRB. The better crig has 1 knot. You can find sliders that do a great job, and you can move it with pliers to adjust length. Does no damage to your line, only 1 knot.

Green pumpkin Brush hogs.

I like the Biffle Bug or a Beaver on swing jigs.  I usually throw a finesse worm or a french fry on c-rigs.

YES! Thats the one. Its a good deal

I like biffle bugs and rage tail menace grubs on the swing head. For a crig I like baby brush hogs and lizards.

C-rig = lizard

Swinghead = x-cite raptor tail
