WHATS YOUR FAVORITE TOPWATER BAIT. MINE IS THE BOOYAH POPPING PAD CRASHER! TELL ME YOURE FAVORITE!!

Don't fish a lot of TW baits but I like jitterbugs, and
frogs.

A friendly suggestion for future posts to not use
ALL CAPS...it is considered to be shouting and I'm
pretty sure you're not meaning to do that.

Typically a "normal" color frog - white/yellow
bottom, green + black spots on top.

Jitterbugs are similar, but have also used a
black bug.

Don't do a lot of tops, as I said. But those have
been my most successful when fished.

Super Spook Jr.

SPRO Bronzeye Frog Jr. - natural green

Pop-r, Spro Bronzeye, and the Jitterbug.

Moreau 3 and 4 inch Bluegill, ABT 6.5 Dirty Donkey, Cavitron Buzzbaits and Storm Jointed Thundersticks........did you say one? LOL!

Hoping that the Whopper Plopper becomes my favorite. . Cant wait to try this lure out...

    Spook

Well, I probably fish a Livetarget frog the most and most successfully. There's a nice big lily pad bay here that's good early.

There are very few lures that get my heart pumping harder than a old school Jitterbug though! I use either the normal blue green with yellow belly color or black if it's cloudy or dark. The anticipation as you're getting the lure closer and closer to the sunken log...  ......listening to the "plop plop plop" is exhilarating.

Another that I like but haven't used as much as I should, is a buzzbait. Same deal as the jitterbug, awesome anticipation, but in a MUCH more versatile and weedless package.

And just for fun, one that I want to learn and have on its way here from Amazon....the Spook. They're killer for smallies and I've watched countless (literally) videos of smallmouth anglers using them very effectively. I'm looking forward to using on my own local rivers.

Paycheck repo man and the one for walking baits, yellow magic for poppers, bone color .

can't really say from a performance standpoint yet since i have only really thrown the sexy dawg and a strike king buzzbait last year but i'm stoked to try out the spro king daddy and the cavirton buzzbaits

Cavitrons are great buzzbaits for sure. I have enjoyed success with the SK buzzbaits too. Can't go wrong with either based on my experience. Enjoy the Cavitrons!
