You can only pick one to use the rest of your life.  Would it be drop shot, Ned rig, neko rig, shaky head, wacky rig, or some other? There's other  techniques that may be considered finesse as well so name that one that you would pick.

Why would you only pick one finesse technique? Your premise makes no sense. One technique would never work all the time. A good fisherman has to be able to adapt and use many techniques to be successful.

Its not a scientific study. Just for fun to see the one most would pick. Just like saying you can only pick one bait to fish with from now on. I know it's not going to cover every situation. Don't over think it.

Zoom Finesse worm watermelon with red fleck on 8 pound test spinning and 10 pound test b/c. Both Texas rigged with weight from 1/32 to 1/4.

Definitely the Drop Shot. 

No way I could pick just one. I have to have my wacky rig for largemouth and Ned for smallmouth.

Learn to fish plastics/ hair on light jigs and you will soon realize the rest of the rigs are excuses and shortcuts. 

Caution: This may take a few years. Might never happen at all unless you are willing to work at it or started really young. It is an art. 

 

Owner bullet ultrahead + 4" Berkley power worm:

Half of a zinkerz on a 1/16 ounce mushroom head, although I am really starting to like the owner 1/8 ounce shaky head with a finesse trick worm.

I would say wacky worm since it's my favorite to fish but realistically it doesn't cover the whole water column as well as some of the others. I might have to go with drop shot.

I think he just wants to know your favorite?.. your go-to (finesse technique)... Your bread and butter. Your answer to this question will fit perfectly in this thread.

Drop shot or mojo rig I can't decide between the two....really hard question because I use a lot of finesse teqniques

Sounds like I'm missing out... I have yet to catch a single bass on drop shot.  I use it for crappie, panfish, walleye, and sometimes even catfish, but i have never been successful when bass fishing with it.

I mostly bank fish these days and was wondering when you would choose split shot Rig over the wacky ? I've never tried the split shot technique before.
