Welcome to the club!  I don't remember where, but I saw somewhere someone had put a tray in no problem.  It's something that I'm planning to do.  I have found it uncomfortable running the trolling motor while standing.

I remember seeing a video, dude ended up cutting through one of the supports I think. I can’t find the video.

Id like to get specifics: box measurement, where they cut, etc if it’s possible to avoid cutting anything other than the deck.

  • Hey it floats!  Almost a week and I finally got it out on the water.  I'm following the break-in instructions for the engine, so I couldn't open it up.  I got the first hour out of the way.  I went to

Got my boat today!  Already about to get it opened up to install some gear.  Everything is really accessible and there should be no issues at all.  My dealer gave two tracker shirts to us... Almost ga

Recessed trays are simple to put in.  The traumatic part is cutting into your deck.   A search of some videos will show you how.

I'm pretty sure that tray should be facing the other way since the power plug is at the top. The slope is to ease the strain of the foot control cables exiting the recessed tray.

Did they have to cut through any horizontal running supports/beams?

id like to see the hole without the box but I know that’s not your pic

This is the only other pic I have.  You might try Facebook.  They have a Tracker Heritage group with a lot of modifications going on there.  It can get a little nuts there at times .

Have you guys seen jaime's new youtube video of 2019 heritage?

No, link?

just go to his youtube page.

There is a hollow vinyl feeling plastic tube that runs from under the console to the back of the boat. No connections on either end. Any idea what it’s for?

Looks like 2019 model is $2000 more, for stuff I dont want.Do not like fishfinders.

Just watched it, that is pretty surprising. I thought we were unique. LOL I guess we have the actual anniversary model. Nice though, maybe we will get more people posting!

It's my understanding that it's for a speedometer.

I saw that yesterday, the Bass Tracker Classic they are calling it.  Waiting to see the exact specs.

Just noticed on jaimes new video that there seems to be an aluminum plate between top bolts on transom.Dont remember mine having that.

Ha, Tracker still doesn't have the '19 Heritage listed on their web  site, and on their Facebook page they show a glimpse of the boat, then you can sign up for more info.  Jamieastin has the jump on them.  Nice :happy-cheerleader-130:.

For me, I'm ahead with the '18 model.  I don't fish anyplace that is big enough I need two gas tanks.  Time wise, I'm always on my trolling motor.  Those fish finders won't help me anymore than what I have.  The lakes I fish are too shallow to see any fish below me.  Something with side scan would be what I'm looking for.  I got my spare for around $100, not that big of a deal and a lot cheaper than what BPS/Tracker wants

The stainless prop on the other hand is nice.  My aluminum prop looks a little worse for wear.  It had a rough rookie season.  I'm glad Tracker is still building the Heritage.  We should have no problem getting parts during our warranty period.  It will be interesting to see how well they sell with the price increase .

:Captain:

So, I was one of the last to order my 40th Anniversary Tracker so I didn't get it until October.  As I recall, when I went to pick it up the dealer took me through the final walk through.  During the walk through of the 40HP Mercury, they made the recommendation about a special first service they offer for new motors after so many hours.  I feel like it was after 20 hours of operation at a cost of about $300ish, but don't quote me on that.  Did anyone else get this recommendation?  If so, did anyone follow through with it?  Thoughts?

You are supposed to change the engine oil and lower unit fluid after first 20 hours.Every 100 hours after that.Had mine done first time, around $200 I think.Started doing it myself, way cheaper, easy, and does not void warranty.

Look's like bass tracker classic is pretty much same boat with gray carpet and seats, and 50hp for $10,995.Different graphics of course, black and red I think.Cool boat but 50hp only gets you 3mph faster.

You'll be surprised how long it takes to actually get 20 motor hours on a boat.

On average, I am estimating that I have run the outboard between 1-1.5 hours per outing.  Given the size of my lakes, I could see adding another hour to that total eventually when I start exploring my lakes further, but the urge to start fishing tends to take control.  I have yet to use more than half the six gallon tank on an outing.
