Newbie living living in TX

Hi everyone. I’m an active duty Soldier that is currently stationed in Texas. After spending the last few years overseas I’m getting back into fishing. The bug has got me as I’ve been going everyday at lunch and have had great luck. Looking forward to being part of the forum.

Hello from California @Bigbruce, welcome to Bass Resource and the Forums!

Welcome to the board.  I am new myself.  There's a lot of great info here.  I've also found their YouTube videos to be a great resource.

Not sure if MWR has kayaks, but I only have a Civic so no way to carry it. I wanted a new truck, but drive over 100 miles a day so a small car makes more sense.

They rent some crappy one's at Stillhouse marina. Perhaps one of these days in the near future. I'll bring my extra up and invite ya to fish Belton or Stillhouse.

That sounds awesome. My wife on the other hand says this is how I get addicted to kayak fishing and rig my civic to buy one.

Thank you for your service, welcome to br. Tight lines buddy

Howdy, welcome to our fishing family and thank you for your service! ?
