Hi guys and gals,

 

My name is Tom and I'm a new member from a small city halfway between Montreal and Quebec City. I started fishing for bass out of my kayak a few years ago and also fish from a 12' aluminum boat. I also fish for trout during Spring since bass here opens around June 15th. I have quite a bunch of tackle, like most folks here I guess :D I'm very interested in reading what members setups are ? Like my nick suggest, I'm both a geek and an angler. I mainly fish for smallmouth as there is no close enough largemouth fishery where I live but I started competing in some kayak tourneys West from where I am, so I got in largies more this year with a not too bad success (quantities but no size :( sadly)

 

I fish for bass since 2015. I mainly fish my surrounding area (Mauricie, QC, Canada) but I also compete in Kayak Angler Association of the Outaouais which is a club who organises events in Ottawa, ON area.

 

Looking forward to share the little knowledge I gathered those last few years and learn more stuff !
