Strike king kvd or luck e strike 1.5 n 2.5 (0-5')

Norman middle n (7-9')

Luck e strike rc jerkbaits

Those are pretty good without breaking the bank.

Pick some natual shad, a few brighter like chart/black, and a few red/craw and go from there.

There are lots of great crankbaits in the market, the ones that follow are the ones i use the most:

SQUAREBILLS

-Storm Arashi

-Lucky Craft 1.5

-Megabass S crank

-Sakura Bomba Crank

SHALLOW DIVERS (round bill)

-Rapala DT4 and DT6

-Spro Little John MD

MEDIUM DIVERS

-Rapala DT10

-Strike King 3XD and 6XD

-Yokozuna Cruz 70 (this one i doubt you will be able to find it in the US)

DEEP DIVERS (these ones you obviously won´t be trowing them from the bank but just fyi)

-Rapala DT16 and DT20

-Strike King 8XD

-Killer Kraft Deep Monster 800 (also doubtful to be found in the US)

LIPLESS

-Spro Aruku Shad

-Rapala Rippin Rap

-Duo Vibration 68

Throwing crankbaits from the bank you are going to lose a lot of them. If you’re not hit stuff you’re missing a lot of potential bites, and if you’re hitting stuff you’re gonna snag.

I’d stick with stuff on the cheap side.

Good luck!

Your best bet would be Bandits, they are cheap and they catch fish.

As for jerkbaits, Rapala X-Raps are unbeatable for the price.  3 1/4” and 4” sizes.  Grab a Rapala Husky Jerk or 2 for shallow water.

KVD 1.5's seem like a great place to start if you're bank fishing. Anything deeper is just gonna cause you headaches.
