40+ Pound VA Bag

Featured Replies

Had the day of a lifetime with the good buddy, Kevin Brooke. We posted a 40+ pound Virginia bag. Broke my PB with a 10.27 and 15 min later caught a 9.92!! Kevin got an 8.4 and we doubled with my 7.3 and grabbed them out of the water together. Smallest was like 5.5. Low pressure system, 70’s and windy = TOAD FEST. Cheers brother, a memory of a lifetime!!!!! Plus Black Sabbath and bud lites = ?? Pictured is my 10.2 PB and my 9.92 runner up!

Wow great day for sure.  I spent yesterday on the James and didn't catch anything other than some wind burn paddling my way downstream against the wind to get back to the ramp :)

That's incredible.

I fish all over the State of VA and the only place I've come close to that is eastern shore.....lower Rap and Potomac.

Man that is awesome! What'd you catch them on? And as a fellow Richmonder, I'd love to know where that was, but looking at the pics it doesn't look like theres any bank access.
