Asking the pros on the board.. Do these look like bass to you? I threw a dropshot, drug a jig, and throw a deep crank and couldn’t entice any bites..

You can’t tell without catching them.

It looks to me like deep baitfish in the 25’-35’ zone with a bright mark in bait and some deeper bait in the 35’-45’ zone. I would drop a structure spoon through the bait and watch for the marks to move or the bait cloud to scatter.

Sure as heck looks like them to me. They space out about that distance, crappie and white bass will be stacked up pretty thick 

Everyone forgets that carp don’t disappear and look exactly like bass to sonar.

I would expect feeding bass to be on the top of the structure. The marks that you are thinking are bass are probably carp, maybe catfish. I would want to see bait on top of the structure with marked fish underneath, maybe even trails up to the bait. That would be a scenario I would stop and drop a dropshot or spoon on and think I would catch bass. This scenario I would drive on by.

I just assume everything I see is NOT a bass, makes me feel better about NOT catching them.

I noticed from the photo you have a medium chirp frequency transducer more popular for Saltwater or deeper water use.  How do you like using medium chirp? Are you happy with clarity and target separation in 40 ft. or less water?  I have a Garmin echomap 64 plus that came with a medium chirp transducer on my Kayak.  I have no complaints, and like the medium for the fishing I do in the ocean, but am tempted to buy a High wide transducer to use on lakes.  Hate to spend the money and go through the effort of switching transducers, but ending up with no significant improvement in shallow water.  

I have this one on my transom and a wide on my bow and virtually cannot tell a difference
