Yeah mine aren't waterproof so I don't dunk them. But I wouldn't argue with Ol Roland.

I have 13 fishing  inception Z that they claim it is fully waterproof, so no saltwater and sand getting into it at all, thats why I got one for saltwater fishing.

this one I didn't hear about it but maybe it is as well.

They aren't waterproof, the components just deal with corrosion a little better.

It wouldn’t bother me in the short run that it is dunked but that sediment swirl he left it in does. If mine, it’s stripped soon after but he has a shop full of those things.

I don't think that dude is waterproof.  It has "Ocean Armor" corrosion protection but is not waterproof.

Beautiful scenery, gem clear water, warm temperature of Spring, no swimmer or boater messing around, and most importantly, abundant smallmouth to catch one after another, it truly is "heaven on earth" like he said in the video. 

 

oh yeah and I'm always envious of the fishing in the States as at least in New York and I think Florida you can fish for bass during the spawn.

 

Up here where I am in Ontario you can't even fart during the spawn never mind fishing during it.

I couldn't fart from May 1st thru June 4th in my part of NY. Don't visit Long Island during the spawn.

Up here where I am in Ontario you can't even fart during the spawn never mind fishing during it. 

They opened up Zone 20 this year for pre-spawn bass then closed it for the spawn and it re-opens next weekend.
