Would the War Eagle Firecracker be close enough for you.  I have found it to be a great clear water sunny day spinnerbait.

Saw the firecracker, looks good, but I'd rather have a painted head like the one Allen pictured, also skirt is more true to color of a trout. I know, nitpicker..lol
