The Baitmonkey has been hounding me but I told him I’m waiting for up coming sales. Like a few others mine is being well behaved. 

Baitmonkey has been whispering in my ear that it's time to retire my older spinning reels and get new ones.  I liked it better when it told me to go out and buy a beetlespin.

The Boat Monkey (the evil blood brother of the Bait Monkey) must have broken into my Local Lund dealership a few nights ago.

While the boat was being winterized he replaced my trolling motor batteries with new ones.

Actually sort of nice of him,

just wished he had covered the cost before he left.

I have a friend who complains about his wife...how she buys stuff even tho she doesn't need it because "it was on sale and just couldn't pass up that deal". 

 

That's me with fishing stuff. I'm starting to wonder if I'm still a fisherman or just a tackle collector.

I'm holding off putting the boat away for the winter. I'm hoping we have a mild end of Nov into Dec like last year. This is definitely a sad, sad time of the year for us northerners.
