It didn’t suck.  Two lost fish.  Talking and not paying attention to the subtle bass cost me twice.  Huge losses. 
 

It was so windy!  30 mph gust, but we handled the kayaks fine.  Some gust felt like it would lean me over big time. 
 

I did get one fish to the boat. It was a good fish.  Just shy of 5lbs.  
 

my friend landed FOUR!  he is killing it  this January.

It gets pushed hard.  I can slow kick into the wind and stay fairly positioned. 

Today was tough!  Blue bird sky and zero wind. The wind (from last night) pushed out a bunch of floating crap.  Tops of tule?
